This wellness symposium brings together expert voices across integrative medicine, nutrition, and women’s health, featuring Integrative Medicine Physician, Dr. Katie Takayasu, Dr. Shieva Ghofrany, and Dr. Rachele Pojednic. Together, they will lead a grounded, science-backed conversation on what actually matters in midlife health, covering topics such as hormone replacement therapy, sleep, nutrition, metabolic health, muscle, GLP-1s and peptides, supplements, and more.

Produced by Karen Fechter, women’s wellness activist and midlife optimist, and Felicia Sale, owner of several Restore Hyperwellness locations, this event is designed to create space for honest, informed conversation.
