Maria is a licensed massage therapist in CT and NY and has been passionately assisting clients for over 14 years. Maria offers massage, craniosacral therapy, and blended sessions that combine both approaches, with the option to include guided visualization, meditation, and breathwork to support nervous system regulation.

Maria has completed Levels 1 & 2 of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy in addition to Levels 1 & 2 of SomatoEmotional Release (SER). SER is a deeper level of Craniosacral Therapy that helps identify and release physical, mental, and emotional holding patterns stored in the body. Maria is a nationally certified yoga instructor and has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu. Her yoga and anatomy knowledge informs her bodywork sessions along with grounding techniques learned in the Healing from the Core Program developed by Suzanne Scurlock.

Maria feels a great privilege in assisting people in breathing deeper, releasing unnecessary tension, and living with more authenticity and ease.
