We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute Adrienne Fleming Sculpt Focus class designed to leave you feeling strong and energized. After class, enjoy a delicious smoothie by Chef Lisa of Nourish, then settle in for a fun, practical conversation on how to make healthy habits actually stick.

Natalie Gould, NBC-HWC (Health & Wellness Coach at Wellness Insights) and Anne Josephson, Psy.D (Licensed Psychologist at Uptown Psychology) will lead a 30-minute talk on the real-life skills behind consistency, without perfection, pressure, or reliance on willpower.

We’ll cover:

  • How to set goals that truly work for you

  • Simple tools and strategies for consistency (even on busy days)

  • How to infuse joy into the process so habit change feels supportive, not stressful

This will be an engaging, and actionable discussion designed to help you leave feeling confident, motivated, and equipped with strategies you can implement right away.
