Join Wellness Insights Integrative Medicine and Caro Home on Thursday, September 24 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Caro Home, 583 Pacific St, Stamford, CT for Building Your Sanctuary: Where Wellness Meets Home, an interactive evening exploring the connection between our health, our environment, and the way we live.

Hosted in the beautiful Caro Home space by owner and founder Carolina Feinstein, the evening is designed to feel more like a gathering than a traditional wellness event. Guests will have the opportunity to move throughout the space, visit interactive practitioner stations, discover new wellness tools, and connect directly with the Wellness Insights team, including Integrative Medicine Physician Dr. Katie Takayasu, Naturopathic Physician Dr. Kathleen “KC” Cannon, Health & Wellness Coach Natalie Gould and Licensed Massage Therapist Maria Allen.

Connection will be woven throughout the experience with an interactive wellness bingo activity designed to help guests meet new people, explore the practitioner stations, and maybe even make a new friend along the way. The first guest to complete their bingo card will win a coffee date with Dr. Katie.

The evening will also feature a conversation between Dr. Katie and Carolina exploring Carolina’s vision for Caro Home, her approach to creating intentional spaces, and how her own health challenges have influenced the way she thinks about the connection between home, wellness, and intentional living.
